2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the order passed by this Court in Rev. Application No.131 of 2017 in W.P.No.2700 of 2009 dated 08.09.2017 has been complied with.

3. In this regard, the respondent / District Educational Officer, Coonoor, the Nilgiris District had issued a proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6023/M5/2017, dated 22.10.2018. Therefore, there is no further adjudication is required in this Contempt petition. Accordingly, this Contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
