ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed against the respondent on the ground of wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in WP No.611 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of 2020 dated 14.02.2020.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions submit that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the Government has issued a Government Order in G.O(RT) No.521 dated 07.09.2020. A careful scrutiny of the GO, shows that the entire amount that was directed to be paid by this Court has been sanctioned in favour of the petitioner.
