ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondent Police not to harass the petitioner based on the false and bogus cases.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner is an habitual offender.

4.It is seen that the petitioner received summon from the respondent to appear before them for enquiry with regard to the complaint given by one Thirulokkumar against Nagamani and the petitioner. According to the complainant the said Nagamani is the owner of the agreement and he has entered into an agreement with the complainant without disclosing the encumbrances of the property. the unregistered sale agreement. Therefore, the petitioner is an accused in the regular FIR in Crime No.111/DCB/TVL/2019 dated 25.03.2019, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
