Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m for every Saturday until further order in Crl.M.P.No. 9274 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No. 14478 of 2018 dated 19.07.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.ANBURAJA Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7237 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.14478 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 307, 366 read with 120(B) of IPC in Crime No.299 of 2018, while modifying the condition imposed on the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
