The election process is over and has been successfully completed. It is agreed that the election record be destroyed after a period of three months from the date of the election.

All incidental expenses and travel expenses of the Election Commission are required to be reimbursed, apart from the fee fixed. It is stated that, that has been paid and if any amount has been due, that shall also be reimbursed within ten days.

It is agreed that apart from the remuneration paid earlier, further additional remuneration of Rs.1 lakh be paid to the election Commissioner. No further directions are required.
