The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the representation dated 15.02.2013 submitted by the writ petitioner. 2.On a perusal of the said representation, the writ petitioner had submitted that the pending disposal of the 14-B proceedings no recovery to be inflected on the writ petitioner. However, the competent authorities have concluded the 14-B proceedings and passed an order and the writ petition no.9047 of 2014 filed challenging the said order is also dismissed. 3.Thus, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
