Respondents PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, to try jointly and dispose the suits in O.S.No.363 of 2016 and O.S.No.145 of 2016 pending on its file on merits in accordance with law within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The Principal District Judge, Coimbatore, by its order dated 08.08.2017 in Tr.O.P.No.230 of 2016 ordered for joint trial of O.S.Nos.363 of 2016 and 145 of 2016 on the file of the V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that even though the issues were framed, the trial has not been commenced. Therefore, he filed the present Civil Revision Petition for early disposal of the suits.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is given to the V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, to dispose of O.S.Nos.363 of 2016 and 145 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of resumption of physical hearing of the Courts.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above lines. There shall be no order as to costs.
