By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner is working as an Assistant in the Rural Welfare Department under the control of the second respondent. The second respondent issued proceedings in Na.Ka.No.41/2015/m?5(tsh;r;rp) dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

29.05.2015 relating to the seniority of Assistant / Rural Welfare Officer Grade I. The petitioner made objections dated 13.06.2015 through proper channel.

3. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, a limited prayer is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to dispose of his objection on the seniority list within a stipulated period.

4. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to pass orders on the objection of the petitioner dated 13.06.2015 relating to the seniority of Assistant issued by the second respondent in his proceedings dated 29.05.2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
