Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition made pending appeal vide Crl.A.No.61/2014 in Crl.M.P.No.2/2014, in order date 18.09.2014, the petitioner shall appear before the learned IX Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, City Civil Court, Chennai-104 once in two months, on the first working day of the month, periodically, at 10.30 a.m until today and pass such further or other orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.No.61 of 2014 on 18.09.2014.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police and the Trial Court as and when required.
