By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner, who is prevented from participating in the temple festival, has filed this writ petition.

3. The Inspector of Police, Katpadi Police Station, Vellore District has conducted an enquiry and filed a report dated 23.07.2015 stating that the other side has no objection for participation of the petitioner in the temple festival. The report of the Inspector of police along with enclosures are placed on record.

4. The petitioner is at liberty to participate in the temple festival of Sri Mariamman and Sri Viswarupa Kanniamman Temple Car Festival situated at Balaji Nagar, Katpadi, Vellore District.

5. In the result, the writ petition is disposed of and consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. -s/dAssistant Registrar True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar gv Note: The necessary communication can also be sent to the petitioner by the fourth respondent in this regard.
