This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the third respondent in his Gazette Notification No.22, dated 15.06.2011 in No.5830/A2/2010 in Serial No.292 in so for as the petitioner society is concerned and the consequential rejection order passed by the first respondent in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.56093/I2/2012 dated 12.12.2012 .

2. Since there is no representation for the petitioner repeatedly, on 18.07.2017 this Court directed the Registry to post the matter 'for dismissal' on 19.07.2017. Today also, when the matter was taken up, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
