(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner has applied under the sports quota for recruitment as Sub-Inspector in pursuance to the notification issued on 08.02.2015 and has gone through various stages including the Physical Endurance Test and Viva Voce. would entitle the petitioner to be considered under the sports quota, but they were subsequently submitted and verified, as per the submission of the learned Additional Advocate General. 2.In view of aforesaid, the petitioner would be entitled to declaration of his result on merit 3.Writ Petition, accordingly, stands allowed.
