JUDGMENT
(made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This Appeal Suit is filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 03 November 2009 rendered in O.S. No.3438 of 1996 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court (Fast Track Court No.III), Chennai 600 001.

With the consent of the parties, on 08 September 2015, a Division Bench of this Court, referred this matter to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Today, it is reported that the dispute has been settled by Mediation Agreement dated 28 October 2015. The said Mediation Report is submitted before this Court. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Appeal Suit. Accordingly, this Appeal Suit is disposed of in terms of the Mediation Agreement dated 28 October 2015, annexed herewith as a part of this judgment.
