C.M.P.No.7500 of 2016 in S.A.No.437 of 2016 N.SENTHILKUMAR, J.

This petition has been filed to grant ad interim injunction restraining the respondents, their men, agents and subordinates from alienating the properties which are subject matter of the suit in O.S.No.60 of 1996 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Arcot, pending disposal of the appeal.

2. While admitting the second appeal, this Court was not inclined to grant any interim orders, and the pendency of the civil miscellaneous petition does not require any consideration.

3. Therefore, the above Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
