Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the Inspector general of police, IDOL Wing CID, Thiruchirapalli, daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders imposed on 01.08.2018 in Crl.O.P.NOS.16612, 16611 of 2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.RAMU, Advocate for the petitioner [ IN BOTH THE PETITIONS ]and of M/S.KRITHIKA KAMAL, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE [CRL.SIDE] on behalf of the Respondent [ IN BOTH THE PETITIONS ] the court made the following order:- This Petition is for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.Nos.16611 and 16612 of 2018 dated 01.08.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioners, imposed a condition that the petitioners shall report before the Inspector General of Police, Idol Wing CID, Thiruchirapalli, daily at 10.30.a.m. and 5.30.p.m. until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.) on instruction submitted that the petitioners complied the conditioning imposed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this Court. Hence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.11782 and 11783 of 2018 dated 01.08.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the Inspector General of Police, Idol Wing CID, Thiruchirapalli once in a week, i.e., every Monday at 10.30.a.m. until further orders. -sd/- 07/09/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
