This application has been filed seeking to pass an order directing the respondents/defendants 1 to 3 to furnish security to the tune of Rs.3,05,00,000/- in favour of the applicant/plaintiff valid till the disposal of the suit, within a time fixed by this Court, failing which, to order attachment of the immovable property described in the Schedule B to the judges summons, pending disposal of the suit.

2. Despite the Order of this Court directing the respondents to furnish the security, no security is furnished. Hence, the Order of attachment as sought is passed and accordingly, this application is ordered.
