Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to issue work site inspection certificate to the petitioner for the tender notification in Tender Notice No.21/HDO/NH/2024-25/Dated 14.03.2025 forthwith and pass orders. For Petitioner : Mr.J.Anandkumar.

For Respondents : Mr.V.Venkata Seshaiya, Government Advocate, for R1 to R3

O R D E R

The writ petition is filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue Work Site Inspection Certificate to the petitioner in respect of the tender notification bearing No.21/HDO/NH/2024-25, dated 14.03.2025.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, V.Venkata Seshaiya, learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that as on 31.03.2025, the work site inspection certificate was signed by the Divisional Engineer, NH Coimbatore and the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it was signed on 31/03/2025 and the petitioner did not collect the same. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that it is not so, even the petitioner was waiting for that all along.

3. In any event, it is seen that the Work Site Inspection Certificate is now been issued on 31/03/2025, and a copy thereof is now given to the Learned counsel for the petitioner. Immediately thereof, the same shall be produced before the Authorities and the authorities upon receipt of the same, shall consider that the Site Inspection Certificate as being produced within time and consider the bid of the petitioner accordingly. The Learned Special Government Pleader shall also inform the authorities to act accordingly.

4. In view thereof, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 01.04.2025 : No.
