Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorari to call for the records relating to Impugned Notice dated 14.07.2015 on the file of the 4th respondent and quash the same.

O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kanmanai Annamalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents and with their consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal.

2. This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned notice dated 14.07.2015, by which, the petitioner was given 15 days' time to explain as to why further action should not be taken to bring the property in a public auction.

3. Without giving any explanation whatsoever, as asked for in the impugned notice, the petitioner has rushed to this Court.

4. This Court, finding that the petitioner should give explanation to the said impugned notice dated 14.07.2015, by extending the time for filing reply, directs the petitioner to give reply within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
