The only relief sought in the present application is to delete the relief sought in paragraph No. 18(b) of the plaint which relief was an injunction to restrain the defendant from passing off their services as that of the plaintiff. Since by this amendment, there is no change in the cause of action. Hence, this Application is allowed.
