On 30.01.2023, this Court granted two months' time to comply with the order dated 09.12.2021 in W.P.No.2763 of 2018.

2. Today, this Contempt Petition is listed for reporting compliance.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the order passed by this Court dated 09.12.2021 has been duly complied with. With regard to the same, the respondent had furnished the proof and the same is taken on record.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, no further order is required in this petition. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.

5. Further, the learned Additional Advocate General would urge this Court to expunge the observation made by this Court in paragraph No.9 of the order dated 10.01.2023 in Rev.Appln.No.253 of 2022 viz., "...........This interpretation as pointed out by the learned Additional Advocate General is not correct and it would nothing but misleading the Court...........". He would also submit that there would be no attempt to mislead the Court but only made interpretation with regard to the purchase made by the farmers from any of the firm, which are not listed Page No.1/3

and approved.

6. Considering the above submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General and since the order dated 09.12.2021 has been complied with, this Court feels it appropriate to expunge the observation, i.e., "...............and it would nothing but misleading the Court" alone.

7. The Registry is directed to remove the said observation from the order dated 10.01.2023 in Rev.Appln.No.253 of 2022 and issue a fresh order copy of the same.
