With consent of both side, the main writ petition itself has been taken up for final disposal.

2 The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as against the order passed by the Tahsildar, the petitioner has filed the appeal to the respondent. Though appeal has been filed on 23.6.2014, the same has not been disposed of. 3 Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed on 23.6.2014 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

affording opportunities to the petitioner as well as the private respondents.
