ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass him with respect to the civil dispute pending against him in O.S.Nos.204 of 2011 and 205 of 2011 on the file of the Additional District Court, Salem and O.S.No.13 of 2012 on the file of the Sub Court, Attur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that on the complaint given by one Senthil, the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

4. In my considered opinion, no blanket direction as prayed for by the petitioner can be given. If the petitioner is wanted either for enquiry or for interrogation, he can very well be summoned by the respondent police and while doing so, the petitioner shall not be harassed. At the same time, the petitioner should submit himself to the respondent for interrogation and enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
