The petitioner was working as an Officer Assistant. He was placed under suspension by the second respondent due to the pendency of a criminal in Crime No.595 of 2011. The petitioner made a representation dated 07.11.2013 to first respondent requesting to revoke the suspension order. Since no response is forthcoming, the petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition.

In view of the narrow prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 07.11.2013 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
