By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the second and third respondents to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the property comprising in Survey No.13/1A measuring acres 4.40 cents situated at Sathappadi Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2018.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 10.08.2018, to the first and second respondents, claiming the same relief as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

prayed in this writ petition, but, the said representation is yet to be disposed of by the first and second respondents. However, the learned counsel submitted that it would suffice, if the representation dated 10.08.2018 made by the petitioner is directed to be considered by the first and second respondents, on merits.

4. Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Additional Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the first and second respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2018 and pass orders in accordance with law.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, this Court directs the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
