This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to forbear the second respondent from conducting any Mediation and Kangaroo Court upon the complaint of the third respondent against the petitioner in respect of the property, being vacant house site, situated at Attanthangal Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District, comprised in Survey No.138/1A1B, measuring an extent of 2600 sq.feet.

2.It is seen that the petitioner is the second wife of one Munusamy. The third respondent is the daughter of first wife of late Munusamy. There is a property dispute between the petitioner's family and third respondent, in respect of the same, the third respondent lodged a complaint before the first respondent and also first respondent conducted enquiry and closed and again third respondent lodged a complaint before the second respondent and it is pending for enquiry. 3.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties, without harassing the petitioner. It is also made clear that the petitioner being an old lady, the second respondent is directed not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry. Only on summons, the second respondent is directed to enquire the petitioner. 3.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
