This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 27.07.2016 dismissing the Writ Petition for nonprosecution.

2. Mr.K.S.Karthik Raja, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that as one of his advocate friend informed him that one of his case was listed under the dismissal caption on 27.07.2016, immediately he verified the cause list and found that in the above matter, the counsel on record and the name of co-counsel attached with him not spelled properly in the cause list. Hence, they were unable to track it in the onlince cause list and they could not appear on the date of hearing and represent the matter. However, the Writ Petition was dismissed for non-prosecution. Hence, he has filed the above petition to restore the above W.P.

3. The learned counsel for respondents 1, 3 and 4 submitted that they have no objection for allowing this petition. 1/3

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking to restore the Writ Petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition and to restore the Writ Petition.
