ORDER
Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents 1 to 5.

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and thereby disposing the Revision Petition made by him dated 23.11.2016 for conducting the adjudication process within a time frame pending on the file of the Commissioner of Land Administration, Chennai, which was numbered as K4,23849/2016, dated 23.11.2016.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's Revision dated 23.11.2016, pending on the file of the Commissioner of Land Administration, Chennai, for the past six months, the same has not yet been disposed of by the first respondent.
4. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate submitted that the first respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's Revision dated 23.11.2016 and complete the adjudication process, in accordance with law.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's Revision dated 23.11.2016, and complete the adjudication process, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eights weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
