This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police viz the Inspector of Police, Prohibition Enforcement Wing, Thiruthuraipoondi, Tiruvarur District to comply with the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi, Tiruvarur District made in Crl.M.P.No.3503 of 2017 dated 22.09.2017 in producing the vehicle involved in the above case(Temporary Reg.No.TN.66) JTR 3985 Mahindra Bolero zlx before the lower Court for the purpose of interim custody of the said vehicle.
