This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 01.03.2023 in Crl.O.P.

No.4227 of 2023 in which the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of three months.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
