A.No.3498 of 2023 in C.S.No.107 of 2021 N.SATHISH KUMAR. J., This application has been filed seeking to receive the additional documents in the list of documents viz., Document Nos.1 to 13 along with the proof affidavit filed by the petitioner.

2.Considering the nature of averments and it is only in respect of filing additional documents, this Court is of the view that the documents will be received subject to the proof and relevancy. It is open to the respondent/defendant to raise objections as to the admissibility of the documents during the cross examination.

3.Accordingly, this Application is ordered. The Registry is directed to post this suit before the Additional Master - III for recording evidence on 05.12.2023.
