ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.03.2026 and further direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to make any further encumbrance over the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition.
2. Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. According to the petitioner, despite a circular having been issued by the Inspector General of Registration, dated 24.05.2017, the 3rd Page No.2 of 6
respondent has registered the sale deed dated 24.08.2022 in respect of the property which according to the petitioner belongs to them. Since the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.03.2026 has not been considered by the respondents, the petitioner has filed this writ petition before this Court.

The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition in respect of their case that a property owned by the petitioner has been registered, despite a circular having been issued by the Inspector General of Registration that no property belonging to the petitioner can be registered without obtaining orders from the Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's contentions as well as the supporting documents produced by them. However, no prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, which includes the purchaser of the property under the sale deed dated 24.08.2022.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 11.03.2026 requesting the 2nd respondent not to register any document pertaining to the properties owned by the petitioner without obtaining orders from the Court and to cancel the sale deed dated 24.08.2022, after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, which includes the purchaser under the sale deed dated 24.08.2022, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
