O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the 2nd and 3rd respondents from interfering with the peaceful conduct of the business of the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that no case has been filed against the petitioner and the officers belonging to the respondent police did not visit the premises of the petitioner and cause any harassment. Therefore, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the present Writ Petition has been filed without any basis.

3.Taking into consideration the specific stand taken by the respondent police and recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
