ORDER
The CSR which has been registered by the third respondent in respect of one allegation regarding the land dispute is now sought to be investigated by some other agency preferably by CBCID.
2. A perusal of the complaint and the nature of the allegation does not warrant any interference in the investigation done by the third respondent. Hence, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
