.. Respondentsin both WPS These cases came up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. Mr.T. Rajmohan for M/s.S. Umapathy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.T. Hemalatha, learned counsel for the respondent are present.

TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The petitions in W.P.Nos.22304 of 2015 & 22305 of 2015 pending on the file of High Court of Madras has been ordered to be listed before Lok Adalat for conciliation. The counsel for Writ Petitioner and the counsel for respondents are present before Lok Adalat for conciliation today. The above said writ petitions have been filed before Hon'ble High Court, Madras praying to issue of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate direction to the respondents to accept the representation of the petitioner dated 06.07.2015 for One Time Settlement relating to the loan Account Nos.17950600056741 and 17950610001462 of the petitioner with the respondents providing OTS on par with the other Bankers and other effluent plants, who have availed the benefit of OTS, within the stipulated period as fixed by Hon'ble High Court and pass such further or other orders the Hon'ble High Court may deem fit and proper.

The petitioner and the respondents with the assistants of the counsel appearing for both sides to compromise the dispute between them before Lok Adalat filed a joint memo of compromise before Lok Adalat to dispose of the above said 2 Writ Petitions in terms of the compromise arrived at between both parties. The joint memo of compromise filed before Lok Adalat is recorded today.

The Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondents made joint endorsement on the Writ Petitions as mentioned in the joint memo and the same is recorded by Lok Adalat.

In view of the compromise arrived at between both parties as mentioned in the joint memo as well as in joint endorsement mentioned above, the Lok Adalat hereby declare and decree that there is no amount due to the respondents bank from the Writ Petitioner in connection with the two accounts referred to above. Accordingly the both Writ Petitions are closed as

unnecessary. Award is passed accordingly. No order as to cost.
