Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents particularly the District collector, Thiruvallur District, The Chairman cum Managing Director, Tasmac, 4th Floor, Thalamuthu Natarajan Maligai, Egmore, Chennai-600 008, the District Manager / Deputy Collector (Tasmac) Thiruvallur (East) District, the respondents 2 to 4 not to Shift the Tasmac Shop No.8946 now functioning in Survey No.454/1C No.556, C.T.H. Road, pattabiram, Chennai-600 072 the same belongs to the petitioner to any other place in Pattabiram area and further directions to the respondents to drop all further action if any in shifting the Tasmac Shop no.8946 from the premises of the petitioner forthwith. By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to respondents 2 to 4 not to shift TASMAC shop no.8946 from Survey No.454/1C No.556, C.T.H. Road, Pattabiram, Chennai-600 072 . 2/4

2. Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for respondents 1 & 2. Mr.K.Balakrishnan, learned standing counsel, accepts notice for respondents 3 & 4. On written instructions, learned standing counsel for TASMAC submits that there is no proposal at present to shift the TASMAC shop from the existing location.

3. By taking note of the said submission, W.P.No.11127 of 2024 is closed without any order as to costs. In the event that it is proposed to shift the shop, the petitioner's objection shall be considered and disposed of prior thereto. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
