(CRIME NO.171/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relaxed the condition as imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP No.8689 of 2022 ordered dated 18.04.2022 in Crime No.171 of 2022 (ie) Petitioner shall report before Thiruvanmiyur Police Station daily at 10.30 am until further orders and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.HARI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR,Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.8689 of 2022 on 18.04.2022 to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
