Respondent Prayer : This Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Court Act, 1971 to punish the respondent for having committed willful disobedience of the Order of this Court in W.P.No.9146 of 2024 dated 18.06.2024. For Petitioner : Mr. P. Vijendran

ORDER

(Order of the Court is made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Contempt Petition has been instituted to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 18.06.2024 passed in W.P.No.9196 of 2024.

2. Mr. P.Vijeyandran, learned counsel for the contempt petitioner would

submit that enquiry process was conducted and the disciplinary committee heard the matter on 10.03.2025. It was again posted on 12.03.2025. However, the arguments of the petitioner has not been heard.

3. Such a complaint cannot be entertained in a contempt petition. The petitioner since raising a ground on merits, which deserves no merit adjudication. Thus, the petitioner has not established any willful disobedience of the orders of this Court and consequently, contempt petition stands closed. [S.M.S., J.] [C.K., J.] 25.04.2025 Index :
