This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for the period of three months in Crl.O.P.No.2096 of 2023 by order dated 31.01.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the final report has been filed and it has been taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.8 of 2023 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, FTMC at Tiruppur.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, FTMC at Tiruppur on 08.05.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.
