ORDER

The limited prayer sought for is to call for the records pertaining to pass an order of direction to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvarur to complete the trial in C.C.No.317 of 2015 in pursuance of the Crime No.1 of 2013 on the file of Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Thiruvarur. The learned Government Advocate(crl side) submitted that the Trial is yet to be commence and that, as of now there are 16 witnesses yet to the examined. Since the proceedings are pending from the year 2015 onwards and taking into account the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl side) there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvarur to complete the Trial in C.C.No.317 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.
