Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the first paragraph of the order dated 04.04.2025 in the above Original Petition, Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act has been inadvertently omitted and the same requires to be rectified.
3. In view of the above, Registry is directed to include the Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act in the first paragraph of the order dated 04.04.2025 and accordingly, the Sections in the first paragraph may be read as follows: "303(2), 326(a) of the BNS, Act, 2023 (379 & 430 of IPC) and 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation ) Act" 4.In view of the above correction, further two weeks time is extended to the petitioner from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
