ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "directing the Respondents directing the Respondents to regularize the service of petitioner a Electrical Supervisor from the date of Initial appointment i.e., 04.09.1995 with all consequential service and monetary benefits including promotion."

2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that, despite having served continuously in a regular sanctioned post under the 2nd respondent Society for nearly three decades without any break in service, and despite the issuance of proceedings dated 29.09.2001 by the 2nd respondent approving the petitioner's appointment in a regular time scale of pay, the petitioner's services have not been regularised to date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4. Considering the fact that the 2nd respondent had already passed an order dated 29.09.2001 approving the petitioner's appointment in a regular time scale of pay, which has not been implemented to date despite the petitioner's several representations, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents, to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's request

seeking regularisation of his service from the date of initial appointment with all consequential service and monetary benefits, on merits and in accordance with law and in the light of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 29.09.2001, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
