Respondents / Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to relax the condition directing the petitioner/appellant to appear before Srivilliputhur Town Police Station daily at 10.00 am., until further orders and not to enter the occurrence place, imposed on the petitioner/appellant in the order dated 19.04.2022 passed in Crl.A.No.368 of 2022.

This petition has been filed to release the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 19.04.2022. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on

instructions submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the order till date.

3.In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

4. This Petition is disposed of with the above modification.
