ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register the sale deed dated 11.02.2026 to be presented by the petitioners for registration.
2. According to the petitioners, the third respondent is refusing to receive the sale deed presented by the petitioners for registration.
3. Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, and on instructions, submits that if the sale deed dated 11.02.2026 is presented for registration, the third respondent shall take a decision in accordance with law as to whether the said sale deed presented by the petitioners can be registered or not, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioners to present the sale deed dated 11.02.2026 for registration with the third respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On presentation of the said sale deed by the petitioners, the third respondent shall take a final decision as to whether the said sale deed can be registered or not, within a period of one week thereafter. In case the third respondent decides to refuse registration of the said sale deed presented by the
petitioners, the third respondent shall issue a refusal check slip assigning reasons as to why the said sale deed presented by the petitioners cannot be registered. No Costs. W.M.P.No.14115 of 2026 is ordered subject to payment of separate court fee.
