J U D G M E N T

The matter was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras and the Mediation report has been received stating that the matter has been settled between the parties in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo dated 12.10.2017, that has been filed before the Mediation Centre.

2. In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo and the Joint Compromise Memo will form part of the decree. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
