It has taken more than one month`s time for the respondents to appoint an Enquiry Officer. It is stated that Ms.M.Lakshmi, Regional Deputy Commissioner, North Chennai, has appointed the said Enquiry Officer on 15.04.2015. We call upon the said Regional Deputy Commissioner, North Chennai, to file an affidavit explaining the delay in appointing the Enquiry Officer and she shall remain personally present in Court.
