The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner in W.M.P.No.18392/2016/2nd respondent in W.P.No.13203/2014 placing on record two Office Orders dated in Reference No.Estt/RR/2016-17/2 dated 28.09.2016 and Ref.No.Estt/RR/201617/3 dated 02.12.2016 submitted that Dr.R.Rajendran has been reinstated in service w.e.f. 19.09.2016 as per the direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.15247/2011 and W.P.No.13203/2014 dated 12.04.2016 and with the approval of 35th BoG (Res.No.535/2016/BoG) dated 23.07.2016. Therefore, nothing survives in the WMP.

In the meanwhile, he was issued with a proceeding dated 22.04.2013 by the Collector, Burma Society. Aggrieved by the said notice asking him to vacate and hand over the land-in-question, he was constrained to file W.P.No.14874/2013 and this Court by order dated 09.01.2016, without going into the merits of the matter, considering the objection raised by the that he has no locus standi to continue as wrongful owner of the land directed him to approach the authority under Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act. Accordingly, dismissed the Writ Petition on this basis.
