This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.758 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other investigation officer or independent agency like CBCID.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint given by this petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.758 of 2015 and the matter has been referred to the Social Welfare Officer, Tiruvallur. It is further represented that, after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of the report from the Social Welfare Officer, Tiruvallur, appropriate action shall be taken.

4. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Koyambedu Police Station, to monitor the investigation in Crime No.758 of 2015.
