ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) None appears for the petitioner. We have heard Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 9, 11 and 12 and Mr.Sithirai Anandan, learned counsel for the 13th respondent.

2. Learned Government Advocate submits that steps are being undertaken for safeguarding the property of the temple. CCTV cameras are installed and no encroachment now exists in the temple

and the land is recorded in the name of the temple.

3. In view of that, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
