When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the order dated 28.08.2017 passed in W.P.No.22976 of 2017 by passing an order dated 12.09.2018 in proceedings Na.Ka.No.636/2014/R2. The learned Government Advocate also produced a copy of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ order before this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the compliance of the order dated 28.08.2017, the Contempt Petition may be closed. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that liberty may be given to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 12.09.2018 passed by the respondent in accordance with law.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Contempt Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 12.09.2018 passed by the respondent in accordance with law.
