This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.7 in Crl.O.P.No.2832 of 2024 on 14.03.2024.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of Crime No.330 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Coimbatore. The said amount may be handed over by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Coimbatore to the Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Coimbatore, for treating the needy patients. Two weeks time is granted for deposit the said amount from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. All other conditions remain unaltered.
